Who we are

Everwud (“Everwud”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a home and living brand offering premium wooden home essentials through everwud.com. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the store and serve you well:

  • Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, email address (if you provide one), the products and options you choose, and the payment option you select.
  • Messages to us: anything you send through our contact form, email, WhatsApp or social media.
  • Reviews: the name, city, product, rating and review text you submit.
  • Technical information: basic details such as your browser, device type, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask for, and do not store, your card or bank login details on our website.

How we use your information

  • To process, confirm and deliver your orders.
  • To contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • To take payments and manage advance payments and Cash on Delivery.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • To display the reviews you choose to share.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and improve how it works.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

If we send promotional messages in the future, you will be able to opt out at any time.

Payments

You can pay 15% in advance with the remaining 85% in Cash on Delivery, or pay 100% in advance. Advance payments are handled by the payment methods and providers shown at checkout, and their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them. Cash on Delivery payments are collected by our delivery representative when your order arrives.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to serve you:

  • Delivery partners: your name, phone number and delivery address, so your order can reach you.
  • Payment providers and banks: to process advance payments.
  • Service providers: such as website hosting, security and email tools that help us run the website.
  • Authorities: where we are required to do so by law or to protect our rights.

Some of these providers may process information on servers outside Pakistan. We choose providers that apply reasonable safeguards.

Customer reviews

Reviews you submit are published on our website together with the name, city and rating you provide, so please do not include phone numbers, addresses or other sensitive information in a review.

When you post a review, a private delete key is saved in your own browser. It lets you delete your review later from that same browser. You can also ask us to remove your review through our Contact Us page.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the store to work, for example to remember the items in your cart and show your cart count. We also use your browser’s local storage for the review feature described above. We may use analytics tools to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
