About Everwud

Everwud (“Everwud”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a home and living brand offering thoughtfully designed, functional, premium wooden home essentials through everwud.com. These terms apply to all visitors to the website and all customers who place an order with us.

Products and finishes

Our range includes wooden home essentials such as iron stands, ironing tables, clothes hanging stands and complete setups sold as bundles.

• Stands are offered in the finishes shown on each product page.
• Ironing tables are offered with the table sheet options shown on the product page.
• For bundles, you choose one frame finish and one table sheet. A matching set or a mix-and-match combination is possible.

Wood is a natural material. Grain, tone and texture can vary from piece to piece, and colours may look slightly different on different screens. Such natural variation is normal and is not a defect. Product images and descriptions are for illustration and we do our best to keep them accurate.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown on each product page. Where pricing has not been published yet, the product shows “Coming soon”.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change does not affect an order we have already confirmed. If we notice an obvious pricing error, we may correct it and give you the choice to continue with the corrected price or cancel the order. All products are subject to availability.

Opening Discount

As a launch offer, we give a 10% Opening Discount for a limited time, during the first month after our launch. The offer period is shown on our website, and we may change or end the offer at any time.

Orders placed during the offer period receive the discount as shown at checkout. The discount cannot be applied to orders placed after the offer ends and has no cash value.

Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it to you using the contact details you provide.

We may decline or cancel an order if, for example, an item is out of stock, there is an error in the price or product information, your details are incomplete or inaccurate, the delivery address is outside our delivery area, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

Payment

We offer two payment options:

• Option 1: 15% advance payment when you place the order, and the remaining 85% in Cash on Delivery when your order arrives.
• Option 2: 100% advance payment when you place the order.

The payment methods available for advance payment are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Any Cash on Delivery balance must be paid in full to our delivery representative when you receive your order. How advance payments are handled if an order is cancelled or refused is explained in our Refund & Return Policy.

Delivery

Delivery is free. We currently deliver only to addresses within Punjab, Pakistan. Please give us a complete and accurate delivery address and a working phone number, and make sure someone is available to receive the order.

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is damaged or incorrect. Full delivery details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Use of products

Everwud products are designed for normal household use. Please use them as intended and follow any guidance supplied with the product. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper assembly, or exposure to extreme heat or moisture.

Customer reviews

You may submit a review on our website. By doing so, you confirm that:

• it reflects your honest experience and is your own work;
• it is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or offensive;
• it does not include sensitive personal information such as phone numbers or home addresses.

You give Everwud a free, non-exclusive right to display your review, together with the name, city and rating you provide, on our website and in our marketing. We may remove any review at our discretion. You can delete a review you posted from the same browser it was submitted from, or ask us to remove it through our Contact Us page.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Everwud name and logo, product designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to Everwud or its licensors. You may view the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our written permission.

Use of the website

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to collect its content using automated tools. We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and it may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors.

Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Everwud is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Each order is governed by the version in force when the order was placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
